CHERRY LA accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that limited edition drops and archive sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your return to the designated carrier and retain your drop-off receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
